It is very important that FATHERS come.

Pastor Peter Tan Chi will speak about the ROLE fathers play in homeschooling and on BIBLICAL PARENTING.

Each delegate receives a conference kit, which the organizers assure you, will be helpful (and a delight!) for the parents. A couple receives only one (1) kit unless registered separately.

Lunch/merienda is exclusive of the fees.

All schools offering homeschooling programs in the Philippines (hopefully) will have booths in the conference. Among which are:

(Click on them for more info)

The Master's Academy (TMA)

Living Heritage Academy (LHA)

of School of Tomorrow (SOT)

Catholic Filipino Academy (CFA)

If you know of a school offering hs program,

kindly contact Ces Bunnel.

The Master's Academy (TMA) is spearheading this event with a mission to unite ALL homeschoolers in the country.

TMA is on the lookout for Filipino homeschool groups. They are searching far and wide to invite them to the conference.

If you know of a homeschool group you want TMA to contact, please give them Ces Bunnell's contact numbers.

This will be a big event. 800 to 1,000 delegates are targeted to come.

For homeschoolers in the provinces,

get plane tickets this early!

The conference is a great way of encouraging and informing your friends/relatives about homeschooling. It will also be a venue where even school administrators or other educators can gather information on it. The organizers will be inviting people from the DepEd.

Pass the word around and let us all pray for its success!

More details about the conference to follow.

Watch out for next year's ASIAN Homeschool Conference right here in Manila!

HI, Kat! I got this link from Anton (Our Awesome Planet). As early as now, I am already thinking for possible topic for my MA thesis next year. Would you recommend Home Schooling as a potential one? Can you suggest a good problem statement?
